Name of Clan: Inabikari Clan (Meaning Lightning)

Special Abilities: Simple. People in this clan are naturally great with speed. Fast as lightning! They're there one second and gone the next. It's really hard to catch a moving target, especially one this quick!
History: There was a man about 65 years ago that had the power of lightning. His name was Katsu. He was a simple guy, very athletic though. He wanted to be a Ninja. But, he wasn't really fast, but he didn't care at all, he never stopped. He never gave up, even though his friends said he couldn't do it, that he was too slow to do long runs. And too slow to even become a Ninja! But he knew that Ninjas weren't all about speed either.
One day, he was running around town, he noticed everyone was out of the streets in their houses. He was confused on why but his question was answered when he heard loud a thunder overhead. Now, get this, he lived in the Land of Clouds, Kumogakure. So that meant, he was really close to the clouds right? So when it came to a storm, you wouldn't want to be out in it..would you?
He decided he was going to make a straight run home. He braced himself, and after a minute started running. He went as fast as he could go, but that wasn't very fast..Then, there was a flash of lightning, and...HE GOT HIT HIMSELF!! But, the odd thing is, he felt a surge of energy! It was as if the lightning gave him strength! He kept running, even though he had been struck by lightning, and he seemed to be running even faster then before!
He got to his house about twenty minutes earlier then when he would most likely have gotten there before. He ran inside and was amazed as he realized what had happened. He told his wife, who didn't quite believe him at first. He ran around the house, as quick as lightning! He decided to test out more of his speed when the storm was over.
When the storm was cleared he ran outside, people were coming outdoors and all he was was a blur when he ran by them. He decided to test something out. He was going to figure out if there ware other people that could do this. He thought this was a brilliant idea, but of course things went wrong..
He got a few people and got them out in another storm they had. He got them to run as fast as they could, one at a time. The first one got struck and suddenly became a blur. The second one did the same. But, the third wasn't so lucky. When he got struck by lightning he fell over, dead by the shock. Katsu found that only cetain people could do it, and he knew exactly who.
Apparently a certain blood type can do it. Blood types AB and O could do it. Only those two. The first man he tested had bloodline AB, the second was O, the third was only B. Katsu had a sudden idea. He decided he was going to take all the AB and O blood types he could find that was willing to go, and make a clan.
He had about twenty people come and join, but the next step was to where the clan was going to take place. Katsu decided they would venture forth, and go find a land that they could call their own. They searched for days, weeks, even months. Some of them died on the Journey because they ran out of food, and some just ran out of strength and couldn't go on.
When everyone thought they ware never going to find anything, they found themselves going up a mountain, that wasn't too surprirsing since they were still in the Land of Clouds. But what got them, was when they got up to the top they found a huge canyon at the top. Enough room for a whole village to come here! And so, Katsu and his people made a Village themselves, and made their home there. Katsu decided to name the clan..Inabikari, which meant Lightning.
It became soon that everybody didn't need lightning to be a blur. It just came to them and stayed with them always. Thus, this special ability was born. Only this clan had this ability, and they even had there own Jutsus to! Katsu was the leader of all of this, and he was a great leader. Although, one day Katsu died. They had a hard time finding a new leader, but they found them. Her name was Akira, and she was just as good as a leader as Katsu. There are even Ninjas from this village believe it or not.

Description: Dark clouds will surround one certain area, and Thunder will boom across the area! This is kind of like a signal. Inabikari ninja's like to use this to call others and tell them they need help.

Description: A bolt will shoot down at the target and weaken them for 5 minutes. Although it weakens earth Ninja's for 10 minutes. Only shoots at one target.

Description: A Thunder sound then lightning will shoot down. Works better on groups, has terrible aim at one person.

Description: Static will fill the air for about 30 seconds and then go away. What this is supposed to do is after a Ninja is in the static area for more then 20 seconds then they become confused for about 10 minutes, 15 for Earth Ninja's.

Name: Electric Energy:
Description: When you perform this Jutsu electricity wraps around you everywhere, creating sparks and such. If someone touches you, they get shocked, but not strong enough to knock out or kill. This electricity gives you energy, making you go faster (if thats possible) and able to hold out longer. Although you have to take care of ranged attacks yourself. This only lasts for so long, you have about fifteen minutes at the most before it goes away by itself. The longer you have it out, the more chakra it uses. If it's been more then fifteen minutes, you could likely pass out.

Name: Raging Thunderstorm
Description: Dark Thunder Clouds will cover the sky, there will be loud booms of thunder itself. Everybody run for your lives! Lightning Strikes! This Jutsu is hard to control, you just really have to count on the lightning to hit by itself. Only the greatest Jonin's can control where the lightning hits. When thunder booms Lightning strikes, so it kind of gives itself away, although you can't predict where the lightning will go.
