RULES
1: If your affilate is on our site our affilate should be on your site!
2: Your Banner should be 88x31 size, no more!
3: You must have at least five active people on your site unless your new.
4: No 18+ affilates.
5: Our affilate must be clearly seeable!
6: If you put our affiliate on static, yours goes on static. If ours go on Maruqee, yours goes on Maruqee. And if ours goes on scroll, yours goes on scroll.
7: We have Marquee, Static, and Scrolling!
