[b]Name of Clan: [/b]Name should mean something about the clan. Exmaple: Inuzuka means Hill of Dogs. Japanese or English.

[b]Origin: [/b]What country/village did the clan originate from?

[b]Current Clan Location:[/b] What village is the clan part of now?

[b]Clan Symbol:[/b] Explain what your clan symbol looks like OR show a picture.

[b]Special Abilities: [/b] What one special ability does all the people in the clan have? This can include summons if you wish. Example: The Uchiha clan has Sharigan.

[b]History:[/b] The whole background of the clan. Must be detailed, tell us how the Clan was created, where it was founded, and if the clan has any kind of companions or anything. At least 300 words at the most.

[b]Members of the Clan: [/b]At least 10 members in the clan, dead or alive. The most alive people you at least must have is 5, and slash the persons name out if they're dead. If you don't have at least 5 clan members you may request some in the "In Need Of" board.

[b]Clan Justus: [/b]The Jutsu's must be registered in the Jutsu and Abilities registration board. You must have at least 3 rank D's, 2 rank C's, 2 rank B's, and 1 rank A.
